Has anyone ever gotten gas pains as a symptom?

Not just farty gas. I mean gas that feels trapped in your chest and stomach. I've had it since ovulation last month. I've had some other symptoms as well but I took a cheapy test and the dye ran so I couldn't tell if there was a line or not so I just figured it was negative and left it alone. Should I test again?
