Help!

Ladies. Me and the man tried some freaky stuff. We tried anal. Literally whatever. Didn't care at the time. But it got to be too much so we switched to the vagina. Now I'm in all kinds of pain!! I'm straight up itchy, swollen, like literally my whole entire life lady bit area is swollen!!! And I'm sure I have a UTI now but ugh!! So much pain! Literally sitting with an ice pack on my vagina right now hoping the swelling goes down!
