it was easy

As a first time mom, I heard all these stories about awful births. It scared me half to death. But honestly, my birthing experience was a lot easier than expected. No tearing, but I did have to be cut around my hymenal ring because I'm so tiny. I was in labor for 12 hours and pushed for two. But it really didn't feel like it was that long. I think the worst part were the contractions and then pushing on my stomach after I had her. And the swelling 😳 that was awful. I couldn't sit straight for like a week. But other than that I was expecting so much worse.
