IS it true that u get loose after natural birth?

Everyone is telling me you never go back to the same tightness after birth which is understandable but they also say you get loose..

The vagina is a muscle. Just like your bicep doesn't get all floppy if you straighten your arm a lot, your vagina doesn't get stretched out. Do your kegels before giving birth to help out as much as possible!

Things change and I'm sure it isn't as tight as it was before directly after birth but mine went back to normal when we had sex at like 8 weeks. The body does amazing things.

Had to vaginal births, working on my 3rd. The goods are still in great condition. :) I might be a tad bit looser but that's actually preferable because I was SO tight prior to having babies that sex was often painful. Now, 9 years into marriage, sex is better than ever. :)

That's not true. The vagina is designed to expand and then go back to its original "tightness". It's like an elastic. I'm sure people wouldn't have multiple children If that was true. People try to scare you with all sorts when your pregnant but take no notice

It must change it to some degree. When I bought my Diva cup there were 2 sizes; one if you've never been pregnant, one if you have been. I've had 3 babies so far and don't notice much of a change but I have experienced a little bit of bladder prolapse with my first baby that took a while to get better. Things can and do change but maybe not as much for some as others. There are a lot of variables. Genetics, how long you push, etc. But our bodies were made for this and for the most part things work out just fine.

I was tighter - hubby and I had to maneuver like it was the first time again. He said the inside felt different at first but the tightness itself wasn't actually looser
