Need advice...

OK...for the last week or so, I've been experiencing dizziness, fatigue, headaches, mild achiness in my abdomen and nausea (on and off). I've taken a few pregnancy test but they have been negative. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old. I think I know what it feels like but is frustrating bc of the negatives. Advice please!
