😔 Fed up now !

Ok so I've recently posted photos of something I passed . I took the picture to the doctors and they confirmed it was a miscarriage 😭 I didn't even know I was pregnant but after seeing it I'm really upset this is my second time this year and I take my pill everyday! How am I still getting pregnant 😭 as much as I would love one the timing isn't right. I feel heartbroken again which is silly because I didn't even know I was 😭
