Get yourself a tall glass of ice water, some candles, bubbles, and take a nice warm bath. It will help your body and relax your mind. Put on some music, read a book or download some new games on your phone. A little light pampering will help you out tonight
Stress and Back Pain
I am SO SO stressed out right now. My WHOLE back is aching. My head is POUNDING like there is someone in there trying their damnedest to get out. I'm not speaking to my SO because he is the reason I'm stressed out. I'm 28 weeks tomorrow. I don't want to hurt my baby being so stressed out.
I still feel her moving A LOT all day. But stress is terrible on babies. Ugh 😑 I am in so much pain right now
