post D&C appointment.

I had my post op appointment today. Said all my cultures came back benign which is good. Just means that baby wasn't ready to be with us. She did an exam and pelvic exam and that was it. I'm assuming she would of been able to tell if I had an infection or if anything was wrong just by that?? She threw everything away before we left so it's not like they send anything off.
