Condom. Withdrawal is not very effective of not done absolutely correctly. There are far too many variables that can make it non-effective.

We've been using the withdrawal method since after my daughter was born. (I was on Junel when she was conceived!) it works very well for us and we've had 0 scares or close-calls. That said, my husband is 34, and we both know our own and eachother's bodies very well. Would I use this method when we were young 20s? No.
