hubby doesn't help much

Im a FTM and my. Any is almost 4 weeks old. I have been ebf and pumping to have a small stash in the fridge and to build a freezer stash. My husband works part time towards the end of the week and I stay at home with the baby. This man has not helped me out much and I can't stand it! He sta to me sleep when the baby sleeps and I just want to wring his neck!! I am so sleep deprived and he barely takes over to give me break. I don't feel like I should always ask for help that's something that he should just do. I truly feel like to underestimates all that I do for our baby. Have any other wives experienced this? How have you handled it? I'm going to talk to him about being more hands on but don't want to go off the deep end!
