I've exclusively breast fed since my LO was born and I have absolutely no idea how much he's getting from my breast. I want to try pumping so my husband can feed him sometimes but have no idea about how much to have in a bottle-I don't want to waste a bunch and I don't want him to overeat just because it's there.
