Flat Cervix

So just had my first OB visit, I'm about 10 wks. She only did a physical exam and had a hard time. She said my cervix was flat and it could be due to previous procedures. I have had precancerous cells removed 5 years ago. On a check up after my ovary showed several round masses around it (looked like a string of pearls) but I was never given any answers. I am highly concerned with this pregnancy and frustrated with lack of clarity from doctors. Does anyone know anything about a flat cervix while pregnant?
