28 weeks, lightheaded,  cramping,  diarrhea,  baby moving less than usual...don't know if I should call my doc or not...

Definitely call dr. Cramps could be from diarrhea but you never want to risk things. Just call and see what dr says. Never hurts to ask and that is what they are there for. Good luck!

Medically speaking the cramps can be from the diarrhea which can be painful, braxton hicks or contractions. Have you eaten anything off?? Been near anyone with a sickness/stomach bug?? Being these symptoms are early labour symptoms its best to get checked imediately and be safe. Theres alot going around at the moment hopefully its something minor and will pass. Hope your feeling much better soon.
