vaginal chafing?? please help!

So my vagina is kind of itchy near the entrance and it gets worse and burns a bit when I wipe myself. It doesn't hurt during urination at all though. Also, my discharge is creamier than usual, but it's not discolored(as far as I can tell). I'm assuming it's chafing because on Sunday my boyfriend and I had rough sex and he kept forgetting to use more lube. This is the first time this has happened. Is there anything I can do to help the discomfort? Uggghhh why are vaginas so complicated 😖
