Bleeding!😶

I got my first positive Sunday November 6th in the morning and on the 7th, 8th ( 4 days before my period) well today I started bleeding like the beginning of my period. I don't know if I'm bleeding because of miscarriage or because my hormones weren't high enough to tell my body I'm pregnant.", since I received a positive so close to my period time. What do y'all think?
