Listen; my boyfriend precum's A LOT before actually cumming, He pulls out when he actually cum's but a lot of precum goes inside of me, should I be worried 😫?

Precum won't get you pregnant despite what people say. Precum is just natural lubricant and contains mostly old or dead sperm that wouldn't get you pregnant. 
Now if he cums and the continues to have sex before peeing then it's very possible for that precum to still contain active/alive sperm. 
That's how I had my first and only pregnancy scare. When it comes to the pullout method only go one round, take a break, clean up, and take a piss before going back at it. Also if you don't trust your SO 100% please don't use the pullout method. I won't advocate that the pullout method doesn't work because my SO and I have been doing it for most of our 3 year relationship, once I got more educated on sex we didn't have any scares, except for that first one that ended in miscarriage. Get on birth control if you're not actively ttc.

If he pees every time after he cums then his pre cum, for the most part, should not contain sperm, but if he goes at it for a while without peeing in between then idk but you should probably be more careful
