After I eat my stomach makes gurgling  noises  it does  it at night to feels  like I have gas or something  in my stomach

Most likely just digestion doing its job. :)

You could pay attention to which foods you ate before the gurgling at night happened.

That happens to me too. I've noticed it's certain types of food that does it to me. Like greasy foods. And I also notice it more when I haven't eaten a lot of the day and I gourge myself lol but yeah it used to make it difficult for me to sleep at night. Especially next to my SO because I felt embarrassed.
