Anyone else experience this?

So, I'm almost 11 weeks postpartum. I had my daughter vaginally. She was 9 pounds, 4 ounces. She tore me really bad. My stitches healed normally and everything. I'm still experiencing some discomfort, which I know can be normal. But the last week or so, my tear wound has been super sensitive and making me uncomfortable a little bit. But the last two or three days, it's been extra sensitive and when I felt today, it felt swollen and like a lump. It doesn't really hurt, just uncomfortable. I read it could be some sort of cist but I've seen some postpartum moms experience the same thing.. it's underneath the skin right underneath the entry hole of my vagina.. tmi I know but I just want advice. I'm calling my OB in the morning.
