Respect Your Friendships

Ok so I have a friend...let's call them Hayden and Hayden has a gf named...Lets call her Stacy. 

Hayden and Stacy have been together for a while and Stacy lives in Washington state 3,000 miles away from Hayden in Virginia but Hayden has a friend they work with named Jessie. Jessie and Hayden are getting close as friends but NOT romantically at all, but, Jessie likes Hayden. I told Jessie they shouldn't tell Hayden because Hayden is in a relationship with someone they love very much, Stacy is coming to visit thanksgiving, and because it would be disrespectful of Jessie and Hayden's friendship and Hayden's relationship. Plus since they are new in friendship and it's almost plain obvious Hayden doesn't feel the same because when're they hang out all Hayden talks about his Stacy and even when they 👉🏽👌🏼 (TMIright?)

 I told Jessie that it could potentionally ruin the foundation of their friendship making things awkward for everything and Jessie would get their feelings hurt so it's best to remain a good friend or leave before its too much to bare.
