Husband is too tight with money

My husband is way too tight with money and it's driving me crazy. We have $10,000 saved up and another $2,000-$3,000 in our checking account at any given time but we are not allowed to spend it. We're pregnant with our 1st baby and he wanted me to get on WIC, so I did, even though I don't think we really need it... Any who he gives me shit about buying things that we actually NEED & thats where I have the problem. I've literally been begging him for a kitchen table for 2-3 months now, but he's waiting for the "right one" to pop up on Craigslist that is cheap. I also had to complain forever that my clothes weren't fitting me anymore so that I could get some maternity clothes & now he's giving me shit about wanting/needing a diaper bag and telling me how much money I'm allowed to spend on one... I can't live like this 😢
