Birth Control

Sooo I want to talk to my mom about getting on birth control. She knows that I was previously sexually active but she doesn't know that I am now, she thinks I stopped having sex after that whole crazy situation. I want to talk to her about getting birth control and I want to be able to explain everything to her without it being a whole other crazy situation. Do y'all have any suggestions?
