Glucose test?

I have my glucose test Tuesday at 9. Are you supposed to eat anything before the test? This is my 2nd pregnancy and I can't remember if you are supposed to eat or not lol.

Check with your OB because they all say something different. Mine told me not to do anything different. They said I could eat and drink the things I always do.  But once I drink my glucose drink not to eat again until they draw my blood.

My dr told me with this 1hr I didn't need to fast but not indulge in sweets, I have to go back for a 3 hr Monday. And I have to fast 12 hrs before it.

You have to ask your doctor. They all have different ways of doing it. Call them early.

You can eat up until 2 hours before the test. I just had mine a few weeks ago and had 2 boiled eggs and a banana for breakfast. I haven't gotten a call so I guess I passed.

If it's the 1 hr you can eat but if it's the 3 hr you're supposed to fast

I wasnt aloud to eat anything from 9pm the night before, only aloud small sips of water and thats it xx

My doctor said to eat but nothing sugary.  So I had eggs and toast for breakfast and I passed my test

Every dr is diff. Mine told me to fast after midnight. I took my 1 hour yesterday. Won't know until tomorrow afternoon the results 😖😱

I failed my 1 hr terribly. Im going on Monday at 9am for the 3 hr and I have to fast i cant eat anything :(

Check with your dr mine advised me to have a protein breakfast
