I need to get better fast!!!

Ive been dealing with really bad allergies lately. I've got a stuffy nose chest congestion, a very sore throat, and really bad cough and head ach. I have been trying to contact my doctors office and a few different resources but no one seems to be willing to help. I don't know what I can take that is safe for both me and baby  I'm only 11 weeks and I'm very scared of hurting my lil peanut. Please help if you know of anyone I can talk to or know of a list of meds that are safe for my peanut. I would greatly appreciate it :)
