Face down

So I felt my little boy move around a lot until Monday night. I went for my anatomy scan yesterday(Thursday) to find out he's face down sucking on his hand lol. The ultrasound tech said everything looks good "you're just full of baby"... whatever that is suppose to mean. Anyway, should I be concerned about his positioning? It looks like he doesn't have a lot of wiggle room.
