Do your friends copy you?

Hi ladies!

Just wondering if some of the people in your social circle copied you or you and your husband? It used to bother me a lot! But now I just laugh it off. Sometimes it is so bad I feel my identity is drifting away.

And if you are wondering we are talking about people in their late 20's early 30's so it's not like just a bunch of high schoolers copying each other. Lol I will give you some examples so you know what I mean.

My husband bought a camero a week later his friend bought a firebird (very similar cars), I bought my husband a new pair of nike shocks, the guy was like "oh my wife just bought me a pair too, their coming in the mail!" (His wife doesn't work lol), we bought a tortoise, they bought a tortoise (same kind), I bought my husband a 86 dodge pickup to restore, she bought hers an old ford, my so bought me a puppy for Christmas, he went out and bought his wife one too and gave it to her the 23rd (they later gave it away because they had never a dog, just wanted to copy it seems), my so bought me a brand new chevy sonic for my birthday (first new car I ever had), he went out and bought his a chevy Malibu.

We went to Alaska and Canada last year for vacation and shortly after we got home she texted me: Hey do you need a passport to go to Canada? Lol

Those are just a few instances that I can remember but there has been millions more.

Do you guys have any friends or family that copy you nonstop?

I've learned to just live with it. Lol
