First iui

I am starting my first round of iui and clomid! Looking for ladies that have gone through iui or is going through. I have unexplained infertility and tomorrow I start taking clomid days3-7, and mid month ultrasound on the 23. The iui will probably take place on Friday the 25. A little back story I conceived with our first child in may of 2015 after 11 months of trying and unfortunately I had a still birth at 20 weeks at the end of September 2015, I have since been trying to conceive for a year. There is nothing wrong with my husband or I so the fertility doctor encouraged us to try iui. Any positive story's or advice I would love to hear!
