Insurance question

I just got new insurance. My deductible is pretty high. So I'll have to pay full price for any appointments we need, and my husband and I both have medical issues. I also have state insurance as a secondary. Could I pay down my deductible with my secondary insurance? Like my primary doesn't pay because of deductible and my appointment is $150, would my secondary help with the $150?
