Zoloft During Pregnancy

Hi mamas! I was just curious if anyone else is or was taking an antidepressant during pregnancy? I've been on Lexapro but recently just found out we were expecting again so my doctor prescribed Zoloft instead. Do you feel it's safe? Why or why not? What complications (if any) did you or your baby have? I haven't taken them yet because I am a little worried...
