Plan B bleeding?

I took plan b shortly after my period ended and bled again like a regular period the week after. Does this count and do I need to adjust my calendar?

It happened to me the first time I took plan B it took 7 weeks til my next period came and then my period lasted for 5-6 days I was good for 2 weeks and period came again for 5 days then I was good for a week then another period came and  then it started to get my cycle completely messed up.

U had a period and than took a plan b again and had a second period? 
I did same thing except it was a week later so idk never taking it again eff that pill n all the money it costs

I had the same thing happen to me, I bled really irregularly at first and later on got my period. If it feels like a normal period, i would log it as such
