miscarriage

Passed by fetus tonight at 12:45pm. I started to feel odd last night, but the cramps had gone away. After teaching yoga tonight I began to get the same sensation that something just wasn't right. I felt an immediate rush of energy and began to spot. I watched it over the course of four hrs and late in the evening I passed the gestational sac. It was as clear as a crystal ball and as small as a dime. I'm saddened by the turn of events. This is my 5th miscarriage. Time to go in for testing I guess...
