peppermint candy canes?

Help! I was told by a couple people I shouldn't eat them but I have been eating them by the box full lol. Ok maybe not that much...has anyone been told by thier doctor or have any info on this cause I've been using peppermint candies to help with my sore throat. Thank you guys!

I've never heard that. I've eaten peppermints my whole pregnancy to help with morning sickness and now I'm 37 weeks .

I wouldn't listen, I always use peppermint for upset stomachs and such

Theres no reason to not eat mints they are suggested for nausea and sickness!

I've been using peppermint for heartburn but I stopped once I got to the third trimester because it can affect your milk supply.  But it's fine before the third trimester...

Mint can decrease your milk supply but if you're still pregnant that's not an issue yet :)
