I have absolutely no idea where to post this...

But I'm currently in my first semester of college and am absolutely bombing biology but have been accepted into another school (this one is a university). My question is, would failing this one class ruin all chances of me attending this other school? I'm passing every other class right now except this one and am trying to boost my grade up in it before the semester ends... I'm just panicking so bad right now.
