I was really moody with my boyfriend last night, ate a whole carton of icecream, and got my period this morning.

It all makes sense now.

What kind of moodswings do you ladies get from PMSing?

I cry if I watch something sad when I pms  I crave sweets. I get really needy when I'm on my period I also get horny too. I crave soda when I'm on my period I know you shouldn't drink caffeine on your period but I always need it.
