Brewers yeast reaction?

I've noticed the past 2 days my face becomes flushed and warm and slightly itchy, the only thing I can think of that is different is I made lactation cookies with brewers yeast (I made them before and didn't have this but I also didn't have the brewers yeast in them before). Has anyone noticed their face flushing when consuming brewers yeast?

Very very normal and totally harmless, it's called a niacin flush, niacin is a B vitamin that naturally occurs in brewers yeast. You should get accustomed after awhile, but if not it's causing no harm. If you want more detailed info just google niacin flush. ☺️
