Umm pain...

Ever so often I get pain in my vagina after I pee. It doesn't happen every time and when I drink water it usually goes away. I don't understand someone help. My doctor says it's just bad bacteria but I've taken her pills. I also have been tested for stis all came back negative. I really don't know what to do.
