pelvic girdle pain
Anyone else having bad pelvic pain? I'm 30 weeks and it been going on for about a month. I remember having discomfort with my son, but it wasn't painful. This time it hurts to walk, hurts to lay down sometimes. I've tried doing stretches, soaking in the tub, my husband has tried to rub the muscles. But it feels like its more in my actual pelvic bones.
