2 weeks left until my C section, super nervous!

I'm 37 weeks and 3 days, my due date is December 2nd but my baby girl is breech so I have a C section scheduled for November 29th. I found out last night that my Strep B test was positive and they didn't tell me much besides I will be getting antibiotics during my surgery. I've been having contractions so often that I'm just ignoring them at this point, they checked me last night and I'm 1 cm, 50% effaced, and the baby's position is -3. I'm trying not to count every single day that's going by but I'm so ready! Anyone else experiencing something similar?
