7 weeks, asking for prayers

I hate to ask but I could really use some prayers right now. I was having some pretty severe cramps yesterday so I went to the emergency room to get things checked out. My first OB appointment isn't supposed to be until the 29th. They did blood work and the two types of ultrasounds. The sac is clearly in the uterus but no fetus was found. They told me that this is normal for being so early but I don't feel like it is. I'm so worried I have no baby :(
