26 weeks and lost mucus plug

I'll spare you the photo but it looked like a ton of snot with some blood mixed in and it covered the toilet paper so I wiped twice and had A LOT (of the mucus blood was mixed but not a lot of blood) on both. It'll grow back probably right?  I shouldn't be concerned? What signs should I look for to be safe? FTM here and want to make sure if by some chance preterm labor starts that I make it in time to get it stopped. Thanks in advance 💗
