HELP!! early ultrasound possible twins

Hey everyone I had an early ultrasound done at 6 weeks today and while one was clearly visible she said she saw another and showed me however she was unsure if the second one had stopped growing or if it just wasn't very visible right now because of how early I am. I have another scheduled at 8 weeks but just looking if this happened to anyone else or any advice? Thanks ladies!!
