4 weeks 6 days spotting to heavy bleeding

Anyone bleed here on their 4 weeks and 6 days?

My bleeding started yesterday from light pink to red and then it gets heavier and there is a blood clot. Went to ER and doctor can't see baby yet on ultrasound. He can't figure out yet what is the cause of my bleeding, he said it could be ectopic pregnancy, or early miscarriage. I'll find out on my next blood test if my pregnancy hormones goes up means I'm still pregnant and if goes down most likely a miscarriage. I am so scared and at the same time hurt, emotionally and physically. I wanted this baby so bad 😢😢😢
