very curious/confused

Hello I'm new to this and don't really know a lot about pregnancy or periods. I wanted to know like I had my period oct 22-27 and then I had sex on the 31st and ovulated on the 31-5 of nov I have milky white discharge What does that mean how can I tell if I might be pregnant with out taking test??
