It's not brown it's light pink and itches..  I have other moles on my back that are brown.

Answer

It's a mole-- my husband has some that are pink like that. You should get it checked by a dermatologist if it's itching though, that could indicate skin cancer. (It's good to get checked periodically anyway, especially as you look to be very fair-skinned!)
