Braces, pregnancy, mouth pain. HELP.

ADULT BRACES SUCK. I have had braces on since January, well today my orthodontist told me I need to start wearing bands night AND day. I've only had them on for not even 12 hours and I'm about to cry from the pain. I've already taken 2 Tylenol... HOW DO I DEAL WITH THE PAIN BEING 5 weeks + 5 days pregnant?!

Please help.
