The Pill... ummm... time change?

Okay so I live in California and it stupidely participates in the time change. I take my pill at 7 every night but does the time change affect that?

Answer

no. technically it would be an hour off, but one hour doesn't effect your protection rate at all and your body will adjust again to it. it's fine.
