A couple times a week, I give my LO some very diluted pear or prune juice to help keep constipation at bay.

Nope. And even when she's older I'm going to try to give her just plain water, no juice.

We started juice at 7 months and it has helped tremendously. My son is on soy formula so constipation is on going deal with tiny little hard poops and we're inconsistent. We have one 4 (2 ounces water 2 ounces juice) ounce cup of juice a day and it's helped keep him regular.

Every once in a while and only little sips to get her used to drinking out of a regular cup
