The don't say "baby" game! Everyone gets a clothes pin and pins it to themselves, if someone hears a person say babtthey can take your clothes pin! Whoever has the most clothespins at the end wins!

One I did at mine that was super fun was to make a baby out of play dough and you choose your favorite one. It was very interesting and funny

Freeze small plastic babies in an ice cube tray and have the guest suck on them and who ever has their ice cube melt first yells out "my water broke" wins the game

We are doing match baby animal name with the adult animal and also "price is right" with common baby items.

I am not a huge fan of games, but Played one at a shower I went to that was enjoyable:

Have every woman wear a sticker on her back with the name of a celebrity mom. She has to other guests ask yes or no questions to try and figure out who her person is. Not too "babyish" and also was a good way to encourage mingling among guests.

Aside from baby bingo we also played a game where we play 5 second song clips that you have to guess the name of song and artist...and each song had the word "baby" in the title...that was fun!
