abnormalities in uterus? reason for concern? I am currently 6 weeks and 1 day

The doctor mentioned that I have a couple small growths in my uterus, and not to be too worried but they could be an increased concern for miscarriage. She said because I am pregnant, there is nothing we can do to know what they are, or stop any harm to the baby at this point. We would just monitor them. I've done some research and read about fibroids and polyps. Does anyone have any insight on what may be going on, and how worried should I be? Thanks for listening ❤️
