Updated: Suddenly Ovulating

So, after struggling with PCOS for decades, it appears that I've suddenly started ovulating. After two ovarian stimulation/ovulation induction/iui cycles, I ovulated on my own and then had a miscarriage. Two months after the miscarriage I ovulated again, but my partner and I missed the window. This cycle I've actually been charting, had a pos opk and a pos temp shift. I'm not sure if we were within the window, however.

Either way, I'm learning a lot about fertility charting.

Update: my temp dropped to the coverline today so I tested despite trying to hold out. It was negative. On the plus side, I cycled on my own two months in a row. I may take a break this month because the holidays are really hectic at my partner's job.
