unexplained infertility

My hubby and I have been ttc for over 2 years and have been officially diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Cycle day 3 and 23 blood tests, HSG, and semen analysis all came back normal. I have regular cycles and am definitely ovulating regularly, no issues with pain, heavy bleeding, etc. For multiple cycles I've used multiple opk's to confirm ovulation and made sure to BD before, during and after ovulation time.  I'm now on my third cycle of trying acupuncture to see if that helps. We're now at the point of moving on to either iui or ivf.  Does anyone have any similar experiences they can share about their journey with unexplained infertility? Were you able to conceive naturally, with iui or with ivf? Were you ever given a diagnosis of unexplained infertility and then they found some explained issue later?
